While on vacation in Miami with some friends, I spent some time capturing some still images of the sunset and busy city life. Here is the resulting timelapse.

I had the great opportunity to work with Builders Choice, INC, a modular construction company in Anchorage, Alaska, on a complete redesign of their company site. The vision was to clean up the site, make content easier to find, and be able to make content changes easily. The result… beauty through simplicity.

During the summer in Alaska, the sun sets very late in the evening.  This timelapse was recorded between 10:00pm-midnight back in July.  When the sun takes so long to set, it makes for beautiful, long sunsets; perfect for timelapse photography.

Earlier this year, I was asked to create a fund raising video for a local non-profit in Knoxville, TN called Forever Families.  Bethany and I traveled to Winshape Retreat Center in Rome, Georgia for a weekend of filming and were able to capture this these incredible stories.  Take a look.

A few weeks ago, Bethany and I spent went hiking in the mountains behind our house in Anchorage, AK. It had snowed the night before and we thought it would be a good day to get out and do some exploring.

I recently had an opportunity to join an online community of Star Wars fans in recreating a crowd sourced version of “Star Wars: Return of The Jedi”. Some friends and I picked a scene and recreated it from scratch, adding our own sound effects and animations. We had a lot of fun and hope our scene gets picked for the final cut. [...]

I had the opportunity to film and produce this wedding video for some friends of mine who got married this year.  It was such a fun experience.  Great song selections by the bride and groom.  

A few summers ago, I had the opportunity to photograph some friends of mine who were getting married.  Here are a few of my favorite shots.  

This picture was taken on a winter morning at Whitestone Country Inn in Kingston, TN.  The beautiful scene is filled with so much of what I love about East Tennessee.

A beautiful day for a wedding, this picture was taken just hours before my brother’s wedding at Whitestone Country Inn in Kingston, TN. 

In 2009, my wife and I traveled to Rivera Maya, Mexico for our honeymoon.  On our last day, we woke up early to catch the sunrise.  We will never forget that sunrise.  I call this one, “Heaven’s Projector”.  This is easily one of my favorite panoramic pictures.  

I created this promo for a local radio show, Kingdom Business Life Radio. The animation at the beginning was created in After Effects CS5. Many thanks to Austin Fray who wrote the intro music for this.

I took this picture about a year and a half ago up at a cabin outside of Dandridge, TN.  It was a densely foggy morning and the sun was still dawning when I snapped this three picture photomerge.

In 2010, I started exploring the technique of stitching pictures together to create panoramas.  This was one of my first successful stitches.  Shot with a 50mm 1.8 @ an aperture of 11, overlapping each frame about 20%.  Each picture was taken in the portrait orientation.    

Sister company to Master Custom Home Remodeling, Master Home Medic was created to handle small residential projects and handyman tasks.  To promote a new branch of an already successful Knoxville Business, MCHR decided to build a website that would link directly from their website as one of the menu buttons on www.mastercustomhomes.com.

I built this site to help raise awareness and support of a hospital renovation in Zimbabwe Africa.  Check out the video I produced for more information or check our the site for yourself.
